I’ve Built a £4.1bn Business. Now I Want to Help You Grow Yours.
I’ve been building businesses for as long as I can remember – from selling earrings made from fishing flies as a teenager to funding my first house through a university side hustle. After learning marketing at Procter & Gamble and strategy at Deloitte, I launched HomeServe in 1993 with £50,000 of capital. Over three decades, I grew it into a global business serving 8.5 million customers and sold it for £4.1 billion.
Today, I back ambitious founders through Growth Partner, investing my own capital and experience to help scale medium-sized UK businesses. I also run Business Leader – a community where founders learn from each other, connect with peers, and scale faster.
